Google Code is about to shut down. See 
http://google-opensource.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/farewell-to-google-code.html

There is a tool (http://code.google.com/export-to-github/) that allows you to 
export the whole project to GitHub -- issues included. I see GitHub is what 
you've been using for some of your newer projects, like cef2go, so it would be 
optimal I suppose.

See Issue 117 and comments 18..20. CEF has migrated to Bitbucket and I lean for 
that option.
