Fix Bug#1 If Kurdish TTS engine is used, available Target Language should be limited to Kurdish (Kurmanji or Sorani). It should be applicable also on other TTS engine When changed other than KurdishTTS, current index is saved, and the combobox is cleared and add the available translation language
