Fix Innosetup buildscript.iss #18

I adjusted the dist folder using Pyinstaller. Since translatepb.exe is not on --onefile mode, I added the additional files at buildscript.iss using Source: "dist\translatepb*"; DestDir: "{app}"; Flags: ignoreversion recursesubdirs createallsubdirs.
