@lancelot-moon If my memory serve me right I think safari 15 do it by default, If you are unable to upgrade to macOS 12 or iOS 15 you can do it on previous version of Mac is there how to.
1 open settings of safari. 2 go to advanced an check (show develop menu in toolbar). 3 go to develop menu and go to experimental feature and check automatic https upgrade. 4 go back to setting uncheck develop menu. 5 restart safari and you are done.
