Although I assume you have good intention, please do not use this repo for your personal report. I also explicitly wrote I accept reports about unblocked ads only from those who have a consistent Github account with some contribution history. I address this case only, if people keep trying circumvent the principle, I will just remove adblock2 repo and stop maintaing lists. For the modal, add

shokunin-san.com#$##promote-modal { display: none !important; }
shokunin-san.com#$#body[style*="position: fixed"] { position: static !important; }

to User rules.
