Yes, I have tested with this link and it worked fine, but now I can reproduce this issue. I have added a rule which fixes it on my end (filters update should be available in 1-2 hours).

Ads will be blocked, but downloads will not work properly unless AdGuard is turned off in the attached address. Turning off AdGuard only on the download page is also of no use.
