I cannot reproduce it (I see that ads are skipped on my end).

Ok, thanks for checking this out. To user: try to leave only AdGuard filters, update them, clear browser data, restart it.

And if issue will still occurs, then please try to open filtering log, click on Media, reproduce ads, take a screenshot and post it here (it should looks like on the screenshots below).
