I installed the new macOS Sequoia update a couple of days ago. I noticed that the Adguard for Mac app is not blocking ads in Safari 18 (the version that comes with Sequoia). It was working before the update. You may already know this, but I wanted to let you know! Username: @jaythemacguy

Not reproduced on my end.

I installed the new macOS Sequoia update a couple of days ago

Seems to be related to the Private Relay. If you have it, please disable in the settings, then restart the browser.
