It looks like legit antivirus.
I just saw this and wanted to correct the record @Sergey-Lyapin TotalAV is a complete scam and PUP. It is detected by Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro, and totalav[.]com is blocked by uBlock badware. This website also is owned by Protected net, who are somewhat well known scammers

@NaylyaM It seems like TotalAV is no longer in the blocklist? Can you please re-add it?

TotalAV is far from legit. I will have to look for evidence, but there are some very shady "Your system is infected"-type ads for it https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/42047d9bd1c0a9ffda3b38dc9e7e95d809a5b7f4b345dce42088d0ada486f6fb/community https://www.mywot.com/scorecard/totalav.com https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/pup-optional-totalav/
PUP.Optional.TotalAV is a potentially unwanted program
potentially Not a virus.

There are lots of other claims by people that it is a scam (i.e. https://malwaretips.com/threads/total-av-is-it-a-scam.80362/).
They are not banned by Paypal, so their service is not illegal https://secure.totalav.com/

I have no idea.
There is a lot of evidence that even though the software might be actual anti-virus software, they use deceptive business practices to sell it, making the software itself a scam. It is malicious because they overcharge and use abusive billing practices.
PayPal generally has good buyer protection but I'm sure that for anyone lucky enough to have used PayPal for payment, they would simply get the refund via. PayPal rather than risk themselves getting banned. So accepting PayPal does not guarantee legitimacy.
They are also said to offer generous commissions to their affiliates, so there is a very real incentive to unwittingly get this installed onto users PCs to get those commissions, which are no doubt paid for by the abusive billing practices.

In this case, they would not be able to work with payment systems.
