Provide a toggle for app management in the quick panel for android. #4439

Dev, please add a quick panel toggle where we can toggle off or on internet access to apps. So we don't need to always open the app to do it. There are apps that do that on playstore, but since they use vpn, it will interfere with adguard. It will be nice to see that in adguard.

@Miraclegabriel Hi! Could you describe in more detail how this feature should work? Are you talking about quick accesses tile or some kind of other options like a widget?

QuickTiles to access app management, so we don't need to open the app to select app that will access internet. With a click of the quicktiles, we should enable or disable internet in our save selected app. As of now, adguard only have one QuickTiles which toggle ON/OFF the settings. We need another one to toggle OFF/ON the app management session to enable and disable internet for our saved selection apps. Since we use adguard as VPN, we can't use other apps for this without disabling adguard. It will be nice for you guys to implement this. Thanks.

In fact, the previous version (before 4.0.82) automate's action had the toggle command, but unfortunately it doesn't anymore.
