Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Adguard App goto settings
2. Goto support section
3. Report incorrect blocking

Expected Behavior

After selecting report incorrect blocking option. It should have open adguatd error reporting site

Actual Behavior

After selecting report incorrect blocking option (request uri too long error)

When i disable entire adguatd extension service then site works normal.
