By enabling Netskope, ad appears.

Neither can I reproduce with this (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/netskope-chrome-extension/pjfbgcbklnoeejjipoabcfnijajgikpb) on Windows.

@Alex-302 and @Yuki2718 Thanks for your comments. When I enable Netskope, it is not working.

Hi @chukurimu0903

We apologize for the delayed response. Could you please try adding the AdGuard for Mac application to the list of Netscope Internet Security exclusions, and vice versa, exclude Netscope Internet Security from the list of filtered applications in AdGuard → Settings → Network → Applications.... Please let us know if the problem persists after this is done.

Thank you for your reply. But it seems there's no changeable config for Netskope.

@chukurimu0903 In this case, could you please record the AdGuard application logs for us. They are needed in order to diagnose and troubleshoot this issue.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Click AdGuard icon in the menu bar → Gear → Advanced → Logging → Logging level → Debug.
  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
  3. Menu → Advanced → Logging → Export Logs and System Info.….
  4. Send this file to qa@adguard.com:
    • include [mac] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred

@chukurimu0903 Could you please check that Apple Private Relay is disabled when the problem occurs? This issue may be related to an Apple bug, and we want to make sure that this is not the case.

@chukurimu0903 You can use the following steps outlined in the Apple Support forum for disabling the Private relay.

@AlexandrPkhm As iCloud is not allowed in my company, iCloud Private Relay is not enabled I suppose.
