[Gen 4] Static / Event / Manaphy is not generating shiny spreads. #434

Description of problem:

The Generator and Searcher do not return shiny spreads for the Manaphy Static event.

Latest version as of writing:

4.2.1

Affected Versions:

4.2.1 4.2.0

Reproduction path:

  1. Open any of the affected versions
  2. Go to Gen 4, Static, Searcher, Event, Manaphy
  3. Select star/square in the shiny dropdown
  4. Hit "Search"
