NR IQA CNN Caffemodel #1

@Adnan1011, Fist of all, sorry to create the issue in this repo, but it looks that issues are disabled in the NR IQA CNN repository.

Do you have the caffemodel file for NR IQA CNN available somewhere? I want to use your CNN and it would be really helpful to have the caffemodels used on the paper. Thanks!

@dmasmont Hi, The issues are now enabled in NR-IQA-CNN repo. The original paper implemented this in theano and they haven't made their implementation public as far as I know. This is a custom implementation done by me and is not the code from the original authors of the paper. The trained models aren't available as yet. If they are made available, I'll let you know.
