MIA Hamm Soccer 64 - spillover texture remain #194

During replay of action,you will notice texture spillover remains on far 
distance objects e.g. building, tree, banner etc during camera zooming and 
movement(e.g. image1-2).
This is caused by buffer not cleared properly by the game.

I did a bypass fix by clearing buffer for the following:
settings.hacks1&hack1_MIA && rdp.acmp == 1 && (blendmode == 0x0c08 || blendmode 
== 0x08c0)

This will fix the spillover texture and the game menu is not affected by the 
buffer clearing(e.g. image1a-2a).

It's not a zooming-type effect, judging by this video:

Black panes that partially obscure the view shrink to the center and then 
stretch again. No zooming of the visible area is seen.
