set colors for C++ #5

I adjusted the syntax coloring for C++ to match the theme.

C++ is pretty complex, the project i used to test the theme probably doesn't make use of every possible systax token. This should at least cover the vast majority of color settings. I will work with this theme for the next couple of weeks and fix any missing colors if notice something is off.

Should I wait or merge it as is for now? I'm leaning towards merging but I can do either one - whatever you prefer.

Just merge it now. If i missed a color or two i can just make another PR.
