I had the same exact problem with a screen. The device worked as intended through the TaHoma app from Somfy but not from the homey app.
I haven’t changed my login info.
After logging out and back in again in the homey app it works again.

@runely thanks for the update as that one was baffling me.
Oh, and I had an update waiting for the connexoon box in the TaHoma app. Not sure if that had any thing to do with it.
I had to log out and back in on the homey app after the update anyway
ok, so i logged out and in. tried to move it with homey, still got the error. but curtain was going. now it is working with out error messages again... very strange but so happy i can control them again! 🗡️ this was the solution :) also i never changed log in info. so this comes out of nothing @runely thanks alot!
Thanks for the update. I'm still trying to work out where it's going wrong and I have added more information to the Log, so if it happens again it might show me what part of the code is wrong.
Hello, I have the same issue, I have had this multiple times already. I just tried the solution of logging out and relogging in, but it doesn't work for me. I logged out from three devices that were switched on at that moment, and waited for 15 minutes before I logged back in again. This is 10 minutes ago, but I see from my Somfy sun sensor that there still is no connection, since it shows the same light intensity as the past two weeks or so. Adrian: should I log out at a certain time, so that I will be put on a different server of Homey? You told me the similarity of the problem whith a traffic jam of cars in a ringformed road a while ago.
i also had the issue again yesterday, because of installation of a charger for electric car mains power had to be switched off. after installation i had to log out and log in again.
Maybe it has to do something with a black out? it must be something like this.
Could you enable the log then install the latest test version and then send me the log after the app has started up.

I cannot find a test version of the Tahoma app. Concerning a log: do you mean a diagnostics report? If the procedure with a test version would be a bit time consuming or is not very stable, I rather wait until I receive the new Homey Pro within a couple of days, if that would also solve my problem.

Sorry, my error. I thought I had published it but obviously not. I will publish it as soon as I get home.
I think I found a solution lately: I pressed the 'install' button of the Somfy Tahoma app web page (on the Homey web page), although I already had installed the app of course. Suddenly the problem was solved, and all Somfy devices are still responding in Homey for at least a week. In the meantime I also received the Homey pro 2023 and the somfy devices also work without a problem on the pro.

i came home last week and found all my somfy equipment not working anymore in homey Pro(early 2023). Tahoma
this is for for everything connected to the tahoma switch. If i use the Tahoma app itself, there is not any problem controlling the sun screens or blinds.
