Blind / Tilt not responding through hub #120

Hi, I've got 3 switchbot blinds and a hub 2. I've added all 4 devices to homey without a problem, choosing the hub versions and using my account. The hub is working without problem, info is related and updated. The blinds however do show some current status (I think it's correct) but when I try to move any of them nothing happens and more often then not the bar showing the current position switches back to the original state. I've now also added them as BLE devices, 2 of them sometimes respond, usualy after about 15 seconds so I get a timeout first, but since working through the hub is much more responsive I'd like to get that to work.

I've enabled cloud services on all of them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Could you send the Log from the app settings page after trying to control a blind via the hub device. Screenshot_20240522_184347_Homey.jpg

Also, make sure the hub is within range of the curtains. If you use the SwitchBot mobile app without the phones Bluetooth switched on, do they still work? The SwitchBot phone app will try connecting directly via Bluetooth first and only use the hub if Bluetooth is not available,
