Air Temperature offset #6

Hello, I hope you can show the assumed temperature in Celsius for the chosen altitude and allow to offset it positively and negatively so it can accommodate summer and winter results.

Also it's be great if you can add a URL or hint on Viscous drag coefficient showing how to calculate it for Air.
