Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Galaxium
2. Open any chat or change adium themes
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no character on the screen.. The conversation window is just
blank. And from console, the information is "console message: undefined @1:
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: appendMessage"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
(you can run the "diagnose" script in the root directory of the Galaxium
sources to get a detailed report)
0.7.4, and I'm using archlinux. here is the info generated by diagnose

Strangely, I have been getting this error for a day, until I updated again (on
openSUSE). It's probably a bug in a single version in some library I guess.

In case this still occurs, can you please attach a complete log? Everything
that is
written when you open conversation.

I have never seen this before. Where is that error even coming from? Is it
something
to do with parsing information in the adium theme?

Are you using the Gecko or Webkit backend? Is the error only when you are using
Adium? Is it happening with 1 specific contact? or all contacts?
