Workaround (partial) for GTK Mojave redrawing issue.

Conversation window properly redraws on new conversation open, switch conversation events. Still not working correctly for closing conversation (even though redraw is called).

@Agalin This is great! Is there a way to improve this so it works when using the Ctrl-Tab shortcut as well?

I've tried but didn't have success on that yet.
