Adds hidden label in Inputs #187

@apiotrowski312 thanks for taking the time to get this in! I think we might as well have a Storybook story in the Svelte implementation too (esp. since you've added for Vue and React already). What do you think? It's not a big deal if you've ran out of time to allocate to this (I/we can add this on subsequent iterations too) LMK what you think and thanks again!
