Alumni Newsletter #2

Writing articles for an alumni newsletter. We used to do a newsletter that was sent to alumni about every semester that updated them on what is happening with AguaClara in the lab and in the world. Team members would write articles about new improvements that have happened in the lab, their experiences on the team or on the Honduras trip, etc. They would also work with the PR team on the overall newsletter planning and execution. We need up to 5 SL's to get this newsletter done. The deadline would be mid-november to get the completed newsletter out.

how is this going? how much will be done by the end of the semester?

Hey! So we have been messaging over Facebook. My plan was to have all the content done by the end of the semester, and then I can do the formatting over break. The problem is that the app used to make it in the past, Mailchimp, isn't great. So, I can look into other formats, like maybe even just making one from scratch. I don't want this to go over everyone's hours, so I can just do it on my own. Also, part of this project was a new mailing list, which took time and still is a bit hazy. It will definitely be done by December tho!
