Here are my comments for the second draft of the report. I like that the newer sections are well-articulated. I would take some care to ensure that the writing style is formal and appropriate to a technical and academic setting, but otherwise looks great.
[x] Line 58: Include a conversion of rupees to USD for reference
[ ] Line 101: An image might be helpful here
[x] Line 101: “The team then came up with the idea of spreading the inlet flow by drilling four holes near the bottom to decrease the preferential paths…” I’m not sure I understand.
[x] Line 161: Shouldn’t the volume of water coming out be the same? As long as the ends of the influent pipes in both cases are at the same height, the headloss difference shouldn’t be too great.
