Ideas:

Everything gets managed through GH issues. No Google Docs management.
We have everyone review the filter project card directions
We need a way to estimate time required... Could we use GitLab instead? That allows you to add weights, better track individuals' work, etc. I've used GitLab for awhile, and it is far more friendly to open source tools than GitHub. Here is how to do Sprints in GitLab.

@monroews please look a bit into GitLab - it seems to have several features that are better for project management. I know it would be a shift, but we have been using GitHub so sporadically and this is so similar, but with additional visibility which I think is something that we are missing. Here is what a project board looks like: https://gitlab.com/aguaclara/aide/-/boards . I think it will be worth the relatively low cost of switching at this point.
