Major PCB project fix

[fnsangiul]

• Reverted the PCB project to KiCAD 6 to avoid breaking the microvias.
• The SPI_CS pin is now connected again. Fixes issue #57

To do:

• Add back all the 3D models
• Add the update gerbers to the Output folder
• Check with @daharoni the numbering version
