Oceans and rivers sometimes have floating chests #38

Sometimes, there are chests that float in the middle of the water in the oceans and rivers. This is quite common.

it happens cuz the chest is spawned on the bottom of the water, then the game generates deeper laker on it, so its a timing thing, i haven't cared about it yet
