People wanted to see who made it to heads up. That's basically 2nd place so I'm going to expand that out and track 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Added a placement tracker! Now placements in the game are revealed for all players. This includes a little note if the player split. First place is determined by whoever has the most chips in the case of splits. This is just an idea but maybe make it a tie for first place unless the ratio between first and second is significantly large. If other people think this is a good idea I think I'll have to make that change...
