Mouse input is registered when game window is in the background #15

Current Behavior

From discord:

"When aimcademy is windowed in the background it still registers your mouse with something else maximized in front of it"

Expected Behavior

Should not register mouse input when in background.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Start app
  2. Set to window mode
  3. Maximize any other window
  4. Observe behaviour
