Add Ability to configure Wifi and Ethernet active at same time #3649

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The inability to have both interfaces active at the same time limits integration options

Describe the solution you'd like To be able to have both interfaces active at same time for integration options.

I would like the WIFI to connect to my home WIFI so I have the ability to use the web interface from my computers and also use the phone app to control my lights as needed. Also have the Ethernet interface active so I can connect to another device running FPP so I can use the lights on WLED as part of a Christmas display using sACN or ArtNet. FPP/Christmas show runs on a different network, so having WLED connect to the same network as FPP, I would then loose my ability to use the web interface and app for WLED.

Describe alternatives you've considered Reconfigure WLED all the time to connect to the appropriate network at times.
