The 'Get Statistics of Virtual Host' API shows that the totalBytesOut value increases and decreases. Shouldn't totalBytesOut continuously increase?

This is not reproducible on our end, could you please provide more details about your environment, the path you took to reproduce it, and how OME's API response changes when the issue is reproduced?
