Duplicate Amber Ores generated #10

Expected behavior No duplication of ore.

Actual behavior Amber Ore is generated by Druidcraft and Silent's Gems.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a world
  2. Dump the block stats
  3. Note that druidcraft:amber_ore and silentgems:amber_ore are both generated
