Using syswrite() on a filehandle with utf8 layer is deprecated since perl 5.22 and is causing warnings when running Zabbix-ServerScript's test suite. Sample report:

The warning originates in Log-Dispatch-File, but I think that this module does not set the utf8 layer itself.
