That would be surprising. I removed the option, cause it actually did nothing... The only code for it was the checkbox for the settings option.
As it is currently, when you first go to the image browser tab, the images are not loaded. This is because the first tab is txt2img which usually contains the most images. And the user might not be interested in those at the moment, but wants to switch to another tab. The other tabs should be loaded from the start though.

I was wrong. While there was no code in the python script, there was something in the javascript. I'll put it back in.

could you add this feature: separating parameteres.
i kinda remember this option being existed for a while, but it seem missing? am i wrong or right?
currently when you need to view images after you go to the tab, you need to click on "first page"
i remember there is a time you go to tab and there are images preloaded.
