cell color is not right in xls file #297

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open attached cell_color.xls with zss

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cell color is not right.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Export to html use the same way to calculate the cell color.
If the bug is solved, export to html should be solved too.
