Resizing guilding line does not show. #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. sizing the column, press down the mouse at the edge
3. move the column, shall see the guiding line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Show see the guiding line
Real: No guiding line

Strange. Seems only zssapp has such issue.
