Set empty String to cell shall be deemed as blank cell #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the uploaded xlsx file
2. In cell C2, enter empty string (delete 2 and enter)
3. In cell G2, shall see the String "Check Input" appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: the String "Check Input"
Real: the number "4"
