[New Feature]: Limit RLVa enable/disable again #141

Alchemy Beta 7.1.9.2501 (64bit)

Description

I know for some time RLVa was changed that you can enable and disable it at will without relog. I think this breaks what RLV is supposed to offer: accepting to limit yourself for enhancing RP. While I doubt anything will come from this report, I would still like to voice that just because you can technically do this, I think it undermines the RLV feature further to the point of being almost meaningless. Personally I'd like Alchemy to be more catering to BDSM play. Thank you for your time. The very minimum of adding some friction by relog is atleast telegraphing to everyone. The way it is working in Alchemy is only beneficial to two groups: developers/testers and griefers

Do we know how LL plans to handle this yet? You may want to make your case with them, too. I am uncertain if Alchemy will toss out their own work in lieu of LL's code for RLVa once that is released in order to make it easier to maintain.

That's a really weird definition of consent if you ask me. Kinda creepy. No, this is staying as-is.
