User ranks are an awesome feature, but there are still some admin abilities, exclusive full whitelisted admins, that are must-haves for it to be feasible for most of our use cases. (Spectate mode, admin panel access, etc...)
Given the current incompatibility of the user rank system with whitelisted admins, we would need the ability to assign those non-command-based admin abilities via the user rank system as well, to get much functional use out of it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We've tried using the admin whitelist, but whitelisted admins seem to override any of the specifications afforded by the admin's user rank.
