Colour Scheme & House Style #15

In terms of colour scheme I think pastel colours or similar would work with a 'minimalist' overall design. Personally don't think bright colours are appropriate for a recipe application, most other sites use white bg with 2/3 accent colours that match logo etc.

Below are some colour palettes, let me know if you like any. If not, can create one at https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel

For fonts is hard to make decision before seeing it in the product but some ideas anyway. I like skinny, neat, easy to read that doesnt look too different in different headings. Like helvetica neue but not helvetica neue because fairly sure its not compatible on some devices.

Some suggestions below, have a look on https://fonts.google.com/ for more if you want:

Just those for now

Ok style and design are never my strong point. I agree with keeping light to begin with maybe in the distant future we can offer a light and dark mode. In terms of colours I like the second one the most, but the dark green is almost identical to yummly's one, but the rest is different so might be ok. A Pastel green theme feels nice for this kind of website.

Fonts I like Raleway out of those, seems a bit more unique than the other 2 and is sleek.

Likely would only be using 3/5 of the colours on that palette, main, accent 1 and 2. I also like raleway so will use that for now at least.
