Slightly experimental branch to enable better support for processing multiple epochs at once. Really required for processing VAST.

Changes the database structure such that there is a Mongo database for each epoch. Needs further testing before merging into #17

I think this is good to go! But will need changes to MongoDBs i.e. re-running spice_init
