Top-left corner window resize is slightly broken #289

System Details

Problem When placing the cursor at the top-left corner, the diagonal resize doesn't register properly. It works at the extreme corner, but if the cursor is slightly to the right, it fails to register.

To reproduce, open a thorium window and snap it to the left half of the screen. Try to resize the window from the top left corner.

Additional Notes All the other 3 corners are working fine. I recently updated from Thorium M124 to M128 and noticed this issue immediately.

Works fine here. Windows 10 64 bits Home Thorium AVX2 - Versión 128.0.6613.189 (Build oficial) (64 bits) All the time. Once the diagonal arrow appears (either from outside or inside) and I click it, I can resize the window.

Some additional info – for me it's working on M124, not working on M126 and M128.

Oh, and enabling chrome://flags/#thorium-2024 fixes the problem apparently.
