Version 2 pre-release includes a new algorithm for searching peak centroids: the "ROI Selection Algorithm".
The methods of calculating the calibration linear regression, energy loss in the target, and thickness is also improved for this "ROI Selection Algorithm".
Some general improvements to the interface's environment were also implemented.
Minor bugs related with the previous peak selection algorithms were detected and will be addressed in a future revision of the current version.
The documentation for this version also needs to be written.
