See https://issues.chromium.org/issues/370013911. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to a media platform like Youtube. (2) Open a video and play it. (3) Now go to media control icon on the taskbar

What is the expected result? You should be able to control the volume of the media

What is the actual result? There isn't a way to control the volume of the media that is playing. This is particularly uncomfortable when you have many tabs open, AND when you have casted the media with a chromecast to a TV. @TheRadicalDreamer Yes i can, but this is a feature request more than a bug report.

As far as i know there has never been a way to control the volume.
