Allow turning off 'fixed with' permanently in config. #950

Hi, I switched from neotree to treemacs. So far it works fine out of the box. The only thing I'm missing is a setting to allow resizing of treemacs via mouse dragging.

With neotree I could just put this (setq neo-window-fixed-size nil) in my config and it worked fine with my global tabbar layout.

Is there any love for something like treemacs-set-fixed-with?
