Added modal's to the news section, requires the news page to be PR to be published first before this can be properly merged.

I think that it works just fine but might i suggest that you either change the background somewhat when the modal are up so that it doesnt melt in with the header and maybe that it gets som margin top and bottom? Its just my preference though.
