open file, e.g. "cudatext main.py" tool is shown "Run with python" grafik grafik close editor without closing tab open "cudatext main.py" again tool not shown, lexer is shown grafik

it is issue of ExtTools plugin. author of plugin must see it.

i did not study this issue yet. so i am not sure it is ExtTools fail. will try to study.
