Pre-train model for tiny-pan3-mixup #4470

I have trained a model with .cfg. How can I create a pre-train ?

Use the partial command as https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet/blob/master/build/darknet/x64/partial.cmd

Thanks, I want to use for yolo_v3_tiny_pan3_aa_ae_mixup_scale_giou.cfg
