yolov3-tiny-prn.cfg the mask may be wrong #5562

In file of yolov3-tiny-prn.cfg [yolo] mask = 1,2,3 should it be that ?? [yolo] mask = 0,1,2

Mask 1 2 3 is good this no small objects.
