Updated analysis: rerun sex prediction from RNA-seq with v14 data #500

What analysis module should be updated and why?

Running the sex-prediction-from-RNA-seq module with the v13 kallisto data lead to the loss of feature names due to #474.

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

I believe this should be a matter of downloading v14 data and rerunning:

bash analyses/sex-prediction-from-RNASeq.sh/run-sex-prediction-from-RNASeq.sh

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

pbta-gene-expression-kallisto.stranded.rds - the results in the repository would have to be from release-v12-20191217 or earlier.

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

Shortly after the next release (#432)

Who will complete the updated analysis?

Unknown
